- Account Information: When you register, we collect your display name and email address. You may optionally provide a phone number for verification.
- Listing Information: We collect details about the season tickets you post, including team, section, and notes.
- Proof of Ownership: Optional uploads for verification are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized administrators. They are never made public.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our platform, including:
- To facilitate anonymous communication between users.
- To allow premium users to view contact information on verified listings.
- To allow administrators to verify the authenticity of listings.
3. Data Security and Retention
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Uploaded proof of ownership files are stored using Firebase Storage with encryption and are protected by strict security rules.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile data from your dashboard. For full data deletion requests, please contact us.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Firebase for authentication, database, and storage, and Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
